Clifton Kansas | We have a new to us 2018 Viper 4+ in a New Holland SP345F (same as a Miller 6345 think) with a L6 using wass only for now has slingshot but don't have it connected to a data plan so not using it.
We are used to agleader and this is so different. We have had trouble with it.
Today spent more than 2 hours turning it off and on trying to get the monitor working so we could use it. Finally
Here's how it acts.
Sometimes when it starts up with the key it does not see all the nodes (usually it's the accuboom node). So you have to restart it and then it might not see a different node or GPS. So it won't let you start a job because the configuration is not right. Some time it doesn't even get to the place where it is detecting machine configuration just sit there in powered by raven screen , and sometimes goes on past that and onto other screens then just locks up (not the same screen each time ) and won't let you do anything , so have to hold the button on the side to shut it off wait a little bit then try to restart it. Sometimes when you power it down with the buttons on the screen the side button will stay green with a dim lit screen until you unplug power.
Any suggestions on what we can do to fix or locate the problem would be greatly appreciated.
