3.8" Fri. in S/C Pa. From last Sun to Sat. 5.3" rain. Some fields around are sprayed but very "little" of any thing planted. Season is running about 8-10 days behind normal here. I hear that the Potomac River is going to "crest" Monday at about 15' above flood stage at Williamsport, Md.
