ESW ND | I'm curious where the spam calls stem from. During the rona experiment we got no calls, house or cell phones or texts for that matter. After that died out, we started getting them again. Then putin punch came along and low and behold, no spam stuff again. So what part of the world do these come from? Locally, they are using people's numbers to call other locals. Then, when you call up the phone company and complain, they claim they can't do anything about it. Yet, when you ask them that if their own company number would be soliciting people for funds through a scam, there is silence on the phone. Maybe they never thought about that before. It's also amazing how fast companies sell your number. We hadn't been spammed for quite some time. A year ago, we bought a used vehicle from a dealer. In two days, we were getting hammered with spam again. That was awfully sweet of them. | |
