Subject: RE: Side dressing corn with urea?

Southern Missouri
All the corn around here has been side dressed with urea for many years now ,there are no fertilizer dealers around here that have handled AA for years ,most acres get 100 actual n in some type of pre plant dry or at least about the time of young emergence ,and then 140 or so lbs of actual n spread on in treated urea form about v5.A lot of guys now are backing that second shot down to about 100 actual n and then flying a hundred lb of urea or 46 lb of n on at pre tassel. All furrow irrigated here so we run water down the middles behind the airplane .
