Subject: RE: Using band post spray while running hoods on cotton

Texas
Back when roundup cotton couldn’t be sprayed over top after pinhead, we ran roundup and aim under hoods and ran bug spray, pix and foliar feed over the row.

Under hood is 100% coverage with side nozzles. Over row, I just measure band width and adjust rate to match percentage of row width.

If your directing herbicide into the row for weeds, I’d try and measure the width your covering with water. for folar or bugs, I’d measure the width of the plant and adjust rate to that.
