Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | I didn't run our STS10 for actual spraying as my great nephew did that but I am quite certain that we have a Master Pump switch which will guarantee that the pump is off. I'll ask him about this or look myself if I don't forget.
This may be why your system was set to "Close" rather than "Hold" as we suggested. Close would shut the pump down but have the undesirable effect of having to open up and hunt up/down to get on target rate.
Your 2100 may be different than our older STS10. If there is no pump switch, I would think it should be possible to add one as you certainly want to be able to shut the pump off when the tank is empty.
