We've been using Centerpoint on our T7.270 for a few years now. We get a yearly subscription through our local new Holland dealer. About a month ago, one of our helpers was trying to spread fertilizer with autosteer and said the subscription was out of date which I thought was funny because I thought it didn't end until May. We switched him over to WASS because it didn't really matter. Called new Holland dealer and renewed the subscription. When we tried to switch it back to Centerpoint, the option was gone. Called the New Holland tech and he said that actually the subscription never ran out and wasn't sure why it didn't work. He called new holland and than trimble. Some how the omnistar unlock was gone. Everyone had records that the 372 had been unlocked in the past so it didn't cost anything, but no one could explain what happened. I actually came on here to see if anyone else was having the same problem and saw your post.
