And the rest will go to rent….Steffes has an online land rent auction going on right now. It’s at $370 acre currently, but they are bidding on deeded acres. Works out to over $500 acre tillable. All highly erodible and cut up into smaller fields. About 200 acres.
So you want to sell in the top 1/3?
