Mid Michigan | I took my cylinder out of my 9n about 20 years ago and honed it out and put in a new piston and rings. It's been ok but not like new. It will lift the implement but still settles pretty fast. Not a real big deal. Mine had scratches in it too. I did get some of them out but not all. I figured someday I would just end up putting in one of the new aftermarket cylinders. They're really not very expensive. Value built tractor parts has all that stuff pretty cheap. I don't think its your pump. I think its the cylinder and the piston and rings. | |
