Sounds like the author has a history of dislike for ethanol and row crops.

"Hi Jeff,

President Biegler had shared your note below, thanks for reaching out to us. Yes, we are aware of the KSTP story and familiar with Jason Hill as well. Mr. Hill is often critical of row crop agriculture, specifically corn and ethanol. This goes back well over a decade.

Having said that, MCGA has been and we are continuing to address these myths and inaccuracies with media across the state as well as proactively share positive information about ethanol. Here’s just a few of the positive stories from the past week: WCCO ,KARE 11, Mankato Free Press.

We’re also continuing to push out information on our own channels. Earlier this week we addressed some of those same common inaccuracies here, for example.

We appreciate you reaching out to us Jeff. Please be sure MCGA has and will continue to highlight the positive benefits of ethanol while debunking those same tired myths we’ve all been hearing about for years.

If you have any questions, let us know.

Best,
Meghan"
