For the 2022 crop, you can input whatever selling price you want in the table….. change the selling price - only change the gross returns.
Can you imagine if they put $7 per bushel corn in the IL Agrinews because NO ONE ever would forward contract for less than that and sell the whole shebang. So all the landowners can tell their tenants…. They have $282 in rent but the farmer still has another $461 in net revenue that I can “extract”….. tenant screwing the poor old landlady again.
