central - east central Minnesota - | My opinion is you will have simular problems with the new floor, sooner or later. I suspect frost is moving the slab. Funny a attached garage is "floating", wouldn't pass code here. I would look at tearing out the floor under the walls also, and then pour new footers and floor, with insulation. See pic ~
