Subject: Re: dozer blade on Ford tractor?

Garner Iowa
we retrofitted a deagelman off of a 7020 john deere 4wd to nmx 240. worked well. we connected the front framework of the blade to the front of the tractor where the weight brackets would mount up, using semi truck frame to build our brackets and framwork. we ran the undercarriage all the way back to the rear and connected it to the drawbar to equal out the "load" on the tractor from front to rear, again using truck frame to build our framework.
