Wanting to take this Pesticide application form and make it into a format that will allow direct info input in the field with a Lenova tablet. Could have some of the info pre populated but some like wind direction and temp as well as acres and amount applied need to be clickable fields that can be entered. Want something free to do this with I know adobe has editable forms but wants a subscription to be able to do this I think. Any suggestions on how to do this or what program will accomplish this ?
