Western CO | Is the TV a smart TV (i.e. has apps to download?) If so search for YouTube TV app in the "apps" selection. If it's a smart tv the samsung should have a menu at the bottom that comes up when you first start it or is accessible with the home button (has a graphic that looks like a house) on the remote. If you look toward the left portion of that you should find "Apps" and use the up arrow to get into it and then there should be a search selection. On a Samsung TV you can then download it and it should give you the option to "keep" it in the menu bar along the bottom and move it to the location you want along that menu bar.
Basically same holds true for tablets and phones - you will need to download the app then you can enter your login information to the app. Remember you want the "YouTube TV" app, not just the YouTube app - they are different.
