Central IL | im looking for a part time/full-time employee, to work for neurotic, add ridden farmer to help "get it done". Responsibilities would be taking my ideas, and getting the prescriptions made. Managing data, controllers, and yield info. Also would be responsible for doing reports for crop insurance, government offices and farm manager reports. Candidates would need to be good with ag tech, book work, and reports. Responsibilities would also be in conducting data analysis on my various ideas. Also would be responsible for finding cost effective parts and materials to help build various equipment as my add flows over into my farm equipment. Need a figure it out mentality. Unconventional different thinkers welcome. If it comes as a kit or in a box, probably not for me.
