The nub on the downstream end of the turbine is missing.
The shaft on the upstream end of the turbine is galled.
The seal in the turbine shaft bearing assembly is worn out.
The XDCR assembly is galled where the turbine was rubbing against it.
About the only thing good on this flow meter is the two housing halfs and the bolts that hold it together. With this in mind what make the most sense, nearly all the parts or the new model flow meter?
Is the new flowmeter a direct replacement?
