I have been with Frontier DSL for at least 10 years. Originally they had me at 24 mps download for $49 per month. But about 3 years ago they "upgraded" equipment and downgraded my speed to 10 mps and increased my rate to $55 per month. Had a few outages recently and I jumped ship.
I went with Verizon LTE and it has been very good so far. 50 mps download. $50 per month if you sign up with autopay. $25/month if you have a 5g cell phone with them: https://www.verizon.com/home/lte-home-internet/
