I have not yet installed Windows 11 on anything. Windows 10 is pretty solid and there is little reason to jump to a new OS that likely has a lot of quirks. That said, 11 has been out for a few months now and has probably improved a lot since the first release. For general web browsing use, I bet it would be fine.
