If that 873 is a G series that is a good deal especially if it has cab and or 2 speed. Still a good deal today without those options.
873 does not need weight kits to handle full pro boxes unless you fill them full of heavy wheat.

You will need to find out if anyone has changed the timing belt in it though. With 2000 hours, it is due for one. Not a big deal and some very good videos on how to do it if you want to tackle it yourself.
