| Great post! The one on our farm that dad bought new is the modern version, 1955 Farmall 300. I could echo all that has been said already. If this thing could only talk.......... Wish I had some pictures of dad in action. Back then it did it all, even had a loader on it. It was kind of retired in 1989 when we bought the bigger planter and it was reduced to a sprayer tractor. It did auger all the grain again last fall. It was last painted in about 1980. Great memories. I've told my kids that they will someday have to sell it as I never will.
