| Perhaps a frame type would be marginally more stable, but it really is irrelevant. Either one is going to go over if your dump site is poor. I've used end dumps for over 25 years and haven't turned one over yet. The key word is yet. It will happen. Can't imagine laying one over with grain or fertilizer, but lime, chicken litter, and sand make you pucker. I've always used frameless; I don't believe the weight of a frame is going to save you if you pick a poor dump site. Always check your tires before you go up, and go up all the way so the nose clears while the butt is stuck in the pile before you move forward. A load hung in the nose will turn any of them over. | |
