So. IL | Don't have to open any programs or save any files to downsize pictures using the Microsoft Resizer Software.
Highlight the picture file or if you want multiple files concurrently thru Windows Explorer, right click on the mouse, select "resize pictures" from the drop down box, select the preferred size, click OK and you're done.
Once you done it this way you will never use paint to downsize pictures again.
