Subject: RE: Ford 9280 hydraulics

Hazelton, Kansas

Wheat:

I don't know about a Concord, but I run a JD 1900 cart, an Ace cent pump, and the 1860 active downforce, all off of one remote on a 9282.

Fan speed drops maybe 300 rpm as the active downforce calls for flow when crossing terraces, etc. Fan speed also raises about the same amount when the fertilizer pump shuts off during turns. Other than that, no problems.

I usually run the fan at 3200-3800 rpm, depending on crop, etc.

For what its worth.
