Subject: 7000 planter marker problem ?

Center of IL
I have a JD 7000 planter 6 row wide (same as 8 narrow) I use for a front planter on splitter. One marker wants to creep up where the marker folds ! When I get out and pull up on it there seems to be pressure on it. Other side is fine. Seems like it does it in deep disked soil where the marker is going in deep. Book says float the marker but I have this planter on a hydraulic splitter and dont really think I can as I'd rather leave planter raiser on. Marker and raiser are seperate. I can put a lock on the fold but rather not. Book also says to bleed big cylinder but hate to mess with it especially if other side works. Bled it when I started planting. Just enough rain to stop us here. This is getting old ! Any wisdom ?
