Don't know anything about the Sunflower VT tool you are asking about
BUT IMO too many buyers of "VT" tools want the tool to blacken the ground (bury residue) and remove weeds like a disc
AND manufactors want to sell iron ---SO call a "Disc" a VT tool why not
VT tools IMO mostly scratch the surface, leave most residue on top---AND if set right leave the ground smooth on top
