W Texas		Pretty sure the goal is to ride a bull for 8 seconds. Not carry a cow for 10!

But you have to admit, teaching a cow to waltz would be a rather rare feat and he almost got ‘Er done.

This sort of behavior is still illegal in OK and TX BTW. Canadians are very progressive.
