I called Nelson last week to have a planter hauled from Ogallala to Wahoo and they quoted me nearly $10/mile. I called the deere dealership near the planter and they recommended a more local guy in Sydney who is doing it for about $6/mile. I guess what I am saying is to not take Nelson's quote too seriously and to try calling akrs in Osceola and asking them for trucking recommendations.
