I suggest buying a lot of things used, but an Ag15 is not one of them. They are inexpensive and many times get hairline cracks that allow moisture in them. If you are positive it is the Ag15 then i would say go new unless you have a deal you cant pass up... first i would check the connections and the cable as there are many times this is the issue and not the ag15. Usually its water in the AG15 and you can hear it when you shake it.
