North Dakota | Looks to me like you are missing "Precision Farming" in the software.
Current version is 32.xx, you will need to update the 700 and make sure they add "Precision Farming" and "Autoguidance" to the 700.
They will need the current version in the NavII and the 372.

Additional info: the 372 light should be solid green when it has GPS fix. Could be it is inside or wrong correction source selected.
