My Case 4420 and previous 854 Rogator were set up with fenders.  Anything with a lift or cradle at the top of the tire will interfere with the fender.  I have had best luck using my Emerson air jack and my forklift.  I built stands that adjust to the different width of tires and can move them around with skid steer with pallet forks or forklift.  When I get tire close to hub, I can get it on the lip of the hub and spin if needed.
