20 Miles West of Indianapolis Indiana | I never had one of those. Dad treated us pretty good when we were 1/64th farmers. We had a large unfinished basement under our house that had a rickety pool table. Dad took plywood over the pool table and then added some small tables at a couple 90 degree angles.
We had one large farmstead that was a row crop/hog farm. Then we had a cow/hay farm that was a smaller type farmer farmstead. We had the grain elevator and we had the John Deere dealership and some fields in between. For a couple poor kids we had a fortune in our 1/64th operation (my younger brother and I)
We spent hours in that basement playing, then as we got older we’d just set em up and admire. |
