Subject: RE: spx 4420

East Central Ia
I have a 3320 which is a very similar machine with a few changes. I have the smaller 6.7L Iveco motor and it is VERY good on fuel. Noise is probably similar to a 4420 (although the 44 has the STX cab and the 33 has the Magnum cab). And it a lot quieter then a Gator. Before we bought this we rented a neighbors 1074 to get caught up and it was a nice machine but was VERY loud.

As far as wheel motors, I haven't heard of anyone thats had trouble with them. And the best part is even if you do they are a MUCH cheaper/faster fix then a Gators wheel motor.

Like the other guy said... go take one for a ride and see what you think.

The only thing I would say is that the Hydro feels a little different but you get used to it very quickly... I know the 3320 uses a little different hydro system then the 4420 so I am not sure this is true for the larger machines.

My 2 cents

Jake
