came out and checked fro leaks yesterday
took lighter lit it inside house flame did not flicker
opened window and "Magic" the flame flickered
his quote "see your windows are good no leaks "
then took a made in china "psychrometer" EXTECH model RH 300
and had 41% humidity outside came in and the "new window tested
51% the 57 year old picture window beside it tested 49.1
inside house it was 56%
so by his own test the new window leaks
and then hands me a certificate saying the windows don't leak
showed him a picture from last winter with "meat cooking "thermometer
in the joint of window saying 29 degrees
he said that could not be because my pipes would freeze in the house
