Tx | It cost me around $10,000 to fix my 9600 when the hydrostat charge pump blew up. I replaced the hydrostat pump and motor, hydraulic pumps, oil cooler, a couple lines and totally disassembled the hydraulic system to clean it out(valve stack, lines, valves, everything). I also cut a hole on the hydraulic reservoir to clean it out. Then welded the hole back up. I couldn't believe how much brass and metal shavings were in there. There's absolutely no way you can clean the reservoir without cutting it apart to clean it out. Just "flushing it out" ain't gonna cut it.
It was a pain in the *** to fix, but I've ran it for 2 years after fixing it and have had 0 problems.
