roaming | You're not doing anything wrong. The skin contains certain "style rules" that dictate how the site appears. The two skins you're referring to are completely separate, so the rules from one (i.e. large print) do not interact with the rules from the other (i.e. blue background).
Modern browsers allow you to adjust the font-size independently of what the site creator intended, and many browsers remember your font settings on a per-page or per-site basis. For example, in Firefox, pressing Ctrl and +/- will increase or decrease the size of the font, and your choice will be remembered the next time you visit that site. So you could choose the blue-background skin, adjust the font to your preference, and should be good to go. | |
