The consensus here is that everyone likes the 7930 better. But it is maybe not a completely fair comparison, the 7930 has TLS, the 8120 does not, the 7930 has IVT and the 8120 has the powershift transmission. Each has it's tasks, but if I have both available I would usually take the 7930. I like the 8120 better for tillage, but the 7930 for almost everything else.
