NW Iowa. / SW Arizona | We bought a new Epson ink tank ET-4760 printer last week. I can get our two laptops, two iPads to recognize the printer and print but our two iPhone 12’s won’t recognize the printer. This is going wireless of course. I have the router to all devices on the same network settings. I contacted our local Verizon dealer and the rep. I spoke to said iPhones are kind of hit and miss getting them to connect, what the heck. Anybody have a solution for me?
I also have an older HP PC desktop with windows 7 that doesn’t get used much but I’d like to get it to print from it. It is wired directly to the printer but it won’t recognize the printer either. I can manually enter the printer but when the desktop looks for the drivers it doesn’t find them. Is the PC too old to recognize it?
