Thank You Deeretech. I backed her in the shop this evening. Cracked the bleeder on the fuel filter. Nothing there and no pump running. No power to the pump. My next place to check was the relay. There was power there. I had a relay so replaced it. Now fuel pump works fine. I drove 3 1/2 miles and no surging. Engine ran perfectly smooth. So once again, a big thank you!
