Thanks for the info, but i'm not sure if you understand my system, you mentioned having good enough vacuum for the booster, however i have a hydro-boost system which does not rely on engine vacuum, but rather has a dedicated engine driven pump that uses automatic trans fluid to power the booster. this is unusual, in that most hydro boost systems use power from the power steering pump to power the booster, but it's basically the same principle
