I would think with the current packer margins that history is ready to be remade. Bankers always want to steer the car by looking in the rearview mirror.

The thing is, the cattle producers that are looking to invest in this are looking through the rearview mirror at large packer margins that may or may not remain in the future.
I wish them well but history has not been kind to these deals.
