If anyone is thinking about investing in this project I would suggest getting in touch with people who invested in Lime Springs Beef (now Upper Iowa Beef). I realize it may not be the same individuals building the project, but Im sure they would be willing to give you their takes on how things went from investing in a packing plant perspective.
