Southeast WI | Being involved politically to me means controlling what one can and the rest is noise that can only be handled by each person going to the voting booth every time.
Our consultant group hires a lobbyist that helps us wade through the ag related issues that affect our clients (farmers) and directly affect how we do business. These things we can affect change on. And we do with help from the other 15 or so ag lobbying groups in our state. We are not always lock step on every issue but are on most. This is how we work with the political process in agriculture IN WISCONSIN.
Big picture on multi faceted issues see my comment above. Go vote your conscience. It's all we can do. Praying helps if that's your approach too. | |
