Have you tried a local hydraulic repair shop for the needed parts? I rebuilt mine a few years back and the cost was under $25.00 a cylinder. The only down side to doing this is have to take in the old parts for them to be able to match up. 

As for the degree turn does the tractor have duals on it? If not probably will be the 38 degree cylinder.
