| I bought a Brenda 610. I really like it but PTO shaft is likely bent. (Full plastic safety guards). Slides nice In /out.. but over 1000 rpm engine. (Where 540 throttle would start) the pto shaft starts vibrating. It’s a small 1000. Fastest I am comfortable is 1500. I think it’s more then plastic safety shields being loose. But it’s fast enough for my needs.
The flighting is something to look at careful. Many cheaper units would slice your skin if not careful. A new pto is cheap, easy compared to new augers. | |
