NW Washington | I read in the paper this morning about how much the state of Washington spends each year to clean up along the highway and haul away the garbage. It is millions of dollars per year and then there is the unsecured load problem when stuff falls off of vehicles and causes wrecks and damage. There are lots of dumb and lazy folks in the world.
But this is not a new problem. I am an old man and I remember this being a problem when I was a young lad. | |
