Recently the throttle on our 8235R has started acting up intermittently. Occasionally after you start it and go to throttle up there is no response from the throttle, the engine remains at idle. Other times you can be running along just fine and the engine will drop to an idle and won't respond.

In either case, shutting the engine down and restarting it gets everything working again.

I am assuming there is a potentiometer for the throttle?

Throttle position sensor?

Anyone run into this before?
