The last bin I bought I told the dealer I didn't want a cage, or a ladder. I wanted a stairway. He said no, I said there are other dealers who will sell me what I want. I got the stairway and it was only a small amount more money. I will never buy another ladder or cage. Bins last longer than good joints in backs and knees. Just get the stairway now if you use it much at all.
