Only undercarriage issues is if the track alignment pins aren’t greased daily. Even to R&R the pins/bushings isn’t a bad job. probably the simplest and most robust undercarriage made. Ask Cat guys about the reaction arm bearings, RT series Deere’s use reaction arm bearings as well.
