Where did you bolt too under Combine frame. Or weld flat plate upward to use existing frame holes?
It was a kit. It looks just like this one:

The only thing I dislike about the kit is that the 4x4" square tubing hangs down below the fan cage so it essentially decreases your clearance a touch.
